Architecture Course Information
The School’s four teaching faculties (Design, History & Preservation, Practice & Technology and Structures) offer a broad array of courses. Because of the professional nature of the School’s curriculum, only a limited number of courses are available to students from other disciplines. Some instructors may provide additional online resources for their classes. A list of course websites is available below. Supplemental descriptions of seminar and studio topics is also available. In 2002 AIAS Illinois proudly hosted FORUM, the annual meeting of the American Institute of Architecture Students, in Chicago. Entitled City Reborn, the event welcomed more than 1450 students, professionals, and academics from around the world.
